Indus is a river that runs on the periphery of the continent, I don't see how it can be said that the river defines the ecosystem on the subcontinent, instead representing a small portion of the varied ecosystems present across it ] (]) 21:24, 25 February 2024 (UTC) |

Saudi Arabia lies in the western part of the Asian continent at the junction of the European Asian and African continent ] (]) 12:49, 3 January 2022 (UTC) |

:Seems sensible. Changed the caption to "The ] is a major river of the north-west of the Indian subcontinent" - bland, but there we are. ] (]) 23:43, 25 February 2024 (UTC) |

::{{ping|Johnbod}} How about keeping the original caption and adding northwestern in between, something like - "The ] defines much of the ] of the north-western part of the Indian subcontinent." ? - ] (]) 10:59, 26 February 2024 (UTC) |

:::I don't know if even that is true. Is it? ] (]) 13:39, 26 February 2024 (UTC) |

::::Btw, the caption to the same photo at ] is "Confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers. The Indus is at the left of the picture, flowing left-to-right; the Zanskar, carrying more water, comes in from the top of the picture". So the Zanskar is actually the main river shown. ] (]) 13:42, 26 February 2024 (UTC) |

To say the British Indian Ocean Territory is part of the Indian subcontinent seems like a bit of a stretch. Please provide ]s for it. ] (]) 20:09, 21 September 2024 (UTC) |

I want to complain about the main map used in the Infobox. Why use the national colour of India? The Indian subcontinent is not India! All maps in Misplaced Pages use the dark green colour, why is this one using the national colour of India? It is an insult to the other six South Asian countries. I am very angry, please change it immediately. (•̀へ •́ ╮ ) ] (]) 06:39, 28 March 2023 (UTC) |
