I must inform you of a community decision regarding your actions. Opinion was sought from all users, administrators and non-admins both, and a clear consensus emerged that your editing has become unacceptably tenacious.

It was also agreed that you have demonstrated a consistent pattern of abuse and disruption, despite multiple attempts to counsel otherwise. Your block log is only part of the picture, but it helps illustrate that you do not appear to have any further intention of positively contributing to Misplaced Pages. With the results of the community discussion in, the final decision has been to ban you permanently from the project.

You may no longer edit Misplaced Pages, and your participation in the project is no longer desired. This is not a decision made in secret, participation was requested by all strata of Misplaced Pages. A copy of the discussion is currently available ]. While you are no longer welcome on Misplaced Pages, the work you did previously will always be part of the structure of the encyclopedia, so thank you for your past, pre-strife contributions.

On behalf of the community, goodbye, and best wishes to you on your future endeavors. - ]</small> (]) 18:04, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

Notes and reply:
# "community"
#* means 'some users'.
# "Opinion was sought from all users"
#* is not true and is possibly a lie
# "It was also agreed that you have demonstrated a consistent pattern of abuse and disruption"
#* more interesting than an "agreement" by some users would be evidence.
# "Your block log is only part of the picture, but it helps illustrate that you do not appear to have any further intention of positively contributing to Misplaced Pages."
#* since I do not edit the block log it does not show much of _my_ intentions or about _my_ contributions, but it shows how corrupt and abusive _admins_ behave. The very first block is an example of admin right abuse and a false claim by an admin. I did not violate 3RR as falsly claimed by an admin. IIRC after complaining I got blocked for the complaints. Later I got blocked for editing a friends user page, and this was called vandalism, which is was not. Then I got blocked for moving "]" to "]", which is the correct name, but the admin missing insight in the subject as he admitted himself later. Virtually in the same moment the admin protects my talk page, so that I could not contest the block. This clearly was an abuse of admin rights. Later an admin lies claiming having performed a checkuser which confirms that I used sock puppets. When researching this no checkuser was found. An admins could lie - and no other admin intervened. This was passive support of user-abuse.
# "You may no longer edit Misplaced Pages"
#* I doubt this
# "While you are no longer welcome on Misplaced Pages"
#* to phrase this so generally is false. Of course I can imagine that I am not welcome by all the admins and users that support corruption, lies and do what they can to hide the truth. But Misplaced Pages is more than them.
# "On behalf of the community, goodbye, and best wishes to you on your future endeavors."
#* On behalf of ] - He is still here and does the best he can do for the biggest online encyclopedia! He will probably continue to disrupt corrupt admins and to make their abuses transparent. But the main goal is to change the structures, i.e. to reduce possibilities for abuses and to have a transparent review process of admin actions.

Admin actions must be documentable within WP, secured from oversight deletions. Admins must be accountable. Admin cliques acting with "esprit de corps" and trying to enforce that on admins that rely on policies must be dissolved, i.e. the admins suspended. Freedom of speech must be secured. Admins must be educated, must know the policies, must show evidence of logical thinking capabilities. Must show personal ].

Read the article "]", section "Conditions favorable for corruption" it exactly mentions what Tobias Conradi askes for since a long time
*Information deficits
**Lack of government ].
***-> ArbCom ruled Tobias is not allowed to compile lists of admin right abuses
**Contempt for or negligence of exercising freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
***-> admins and users often censor other user's opinion or representation of verifiable facts, labeling the opinion or verifiable facts trolling/vandalism/personal attack
*Lacking control over and accountability of the government.
**Lacking civic society and non-governmental organizations which monitor the government.
***-> creation of Wikiproject to monitor admin right abuses was surpressed by admins
**Contempt for or negligence of exercising freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
***-> freedom of speech surpressed by admins
**Weak rule of law.
***-> admins do sometimes not apply the written policies, but their own interpretations of them, sometimes openly admintting that certain written rules exist, but should not be followed "in that special case"
**Weak judicial independence.
***-> NONE in WP
*Social conditions
** Self-interested closed cliques and "old boy networks".
***-> on WP:AN in a discussion with Conrad Dunkerson regarding Tobias Conradi that can be found. Admins attack Conrad, because he did not side with them
**In societies where personal integrity is rated as less important than other characteristics (by contrast, in societies such as 18th and 19th Century England, 20th Century Japan and post-war western Germany, where society showed almost obsessive regard for "honor" and personal integrity, corruption was less frequently seen)
***-> E.g. Tobias Conradi is from post-war Germany - while most of the admins he saw engaging in corrution or supporting it come from the US/UK/AU. Some admins even offered to make deals with Tobias, which Tobias rejected ("You cannot buy me").
**Lacking literacy and education among the population.
***-> some admins, or users that think about becoming admins, lack basic ]al thinking or ability to understand written policies. Sometimes they even may not have read the existing policies at all.
