Expansion

Does anyone think its worth expanding this article to explain the contents of the statute? Specifically, a section on Article 38 would be very useful. Seems weird that Sources of international law and elsewhere have more detailed discussions of this article than the page about the Statute it's contained in. Unless this page is to be used for the history and politics of the stature, with the sources of int law page serving as somewhere to fold article 38 into where cases and treaties can be gone through more thoroughly.
