We should have a recommended style on ]/] for titles of articles on Irish case law. Over on ], you can see a lack of consistency in use of punctuation and abbreviations, and in the number of parties named. I could go either way on punctuation, but in most cases, one party only should be named on either side of the ''v'' (no need to include ''& anor''). If a case is reported in the Irish Reports or Irish Law Reports Monthly, our standard ], we could use the running title there as a recognised short title or common name for the judgment.
