	Not sure what "burn all gifs" means, but the image was improved over the orignal. The topography one you suggested, Dab, sits in a big blue square and isn't transparent. The present one looks well next to the Northern Ireland template. ] 16:41, 15 September 2006 (UTC)

It led (partially) the greater inclusion of ]s as an alternative, but the new thing is to convert non-photographic images to ] where appropriate.
