The parts xeno- and -phobia are both ancient Greek in origin, but both sources state that the word xenophobia itself isn't found before 1903, and then only in medical Latin. This is the case for almost all -phobia terms - from a quick search only hydrophobia goes back further, to 2nd century AD.
