The narrow-body fleet is composed of Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft which will be replaced by the Airbus A320neo family aircraft in 2024. Airbus A330, Boeing 777 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner wide-body aircraft are used on medium and long-haul flights. In September 2023, Air France-KLM announced a firm order for 50 Airbus A350s. KLM has several aircraft painted in special liveries; they include:

  • PH-BVA, a Boeing 777-300ER, features an orange forward fuselage that fades into the standard blue to commemorate the Netherlands national team's participation in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
