Washington State's Office of Financial Management provides non-census year estimates of the total population. Should this article be updated to reflect the annual population estimate that's generated by the OFM? As far as I know, it is the best source for population estimates on non-decennial years. Could someone remove "very large city" in the first sentence because the population is only 797,000. San Francisco (788,478) switched places with Seattle..
