Mayfair High School is a school in ] in the Bellflower Unified School District (BUSD). Despite its name, it is actually a combination middle school-high school, having students from grades seventh through twelfth. It is located on 6000 North Woodruff Avenue.

Mayfair serves students in the cities of ], ], ], as well as other surrounding cities, though the students not from Cerritos, Bellflower, or Lakewood usually need special waivers to attend.
Mayfair is recognized as a "California Distinguished School" and as a "Blue Ribbon" school&mdash;one of the highest awards a high school in the United States can obtain. Its mascot is the "Mayfair Monsoon"&mdash;illustrated as a tornado. Mayfair also has an excellent varsity football team, as well as many other teams, that has won a several state championships and continually makes it to the playoffs.

Mayfair is a very culturally and ethnically diverse school. Its students hail from a varity of religions, practices, and beliefs. As a result, Mayfair has a large amount of school clubs, many of them culture-based.
The school mascot is the "Monsoons" and the logo is a vortex. School colors are white, blue, and grey. The school newspaper is called ''The Windjammer'' and the yearbook ''Tradewinds''.
