Worth mentioning?

"She also played multiple audio tracks for fans outside her hotel during the 2024 Paris Olympics."

Move

I propose moving this back into the main space. I don't see how this entry violates WP:FUTUREALBUM. Also, the lead single is being released next month, so give people the ability to expand the page. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:32, 11 September 2024 (UTC)

The lack of an album title or any track names so far indicates it would be premature to have this in main space, also having only a release month isn't ideal. See WP:UNRELEASED for more (which I just noticed is somehow in a different section than WP:FUTUREALBUM) as well as WP:HAMMER. It would be preferable to wait for a specific day. Perhaps we could reassess the matter depending on whether the lead single coming out unveils more than just a song title, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. HAMMER is an essay and UNRELEASED says "A currently unreleased album with an unconfirmed future release date may qualify for an article if there is sufficient verifiable and properly referenced information about it. For example, Guns N' Roses' 2008 album Chinese Democracy had an article as early as 2004 because it was already receiving a very large volume of reliable coverage about its development." We already have details about background, development, recording, and promotion, I would prefer to see the page taken live as soon as possible. ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:49, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
@SNUGGUMS Above you suggested the lack of track names was a reason to keep this page in the draft space. We now have two track titles, as well as more information to add about the album's development and production. OK if I move this page into the main space for collaboration? ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:17, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
Essay or not, an important part this still lacks is the album title. I minimally would wait until that gets announced before moving to main space no matter how many tracks are confirmed. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 20:20, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
I am citing guidelines (FUTUREALBUM and UNRELEASED) and you are citing an essay. I guess I am asking, if I move this page into the main space so editors can collaborate, are you just going to move it back unilaterally? ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:29, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
You appear to have overlooked the importance of having an album's name: if this isn't known, then that doesn't count as good enough to qualify for main space. I doubt you could find many folks who believe that an unnamed album would somehow have "sufficient verifiable and properly referenced information" per WP:UNRELEASED before the title is given. Such a stance would be overly lenient. It either way doesn't help how hardly anything about the album's nature beyond established tracks is known at the moment. "Die with a Smile"

Worth mentioning that "Die with a Smile" will not appear on the album but was released ahead of its announcement? ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:41, 11 September 2024 (UTC)

@Another Believer, Pinging so you can add information and more sources but Die with a Smile is apparently another lead single for the album. Found a couple of sources but I don't really do prose. Thanks, Cowboygilbert - (talk) ♥ 05:29, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
