The 2024–25 Air Force Falcons women's basketball team represents the United States Air Force Academy during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Falcons, led by first-year head coach Stacy McIntyre, play their home games at Clune Arena in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as members of the Mountain West Conference.

Previous season

The Falcons finished the 2023–24 season 15–17, 8–10 in Mountain West play to finish in eighth place. They were upset by Fresno State in the first round of the Mountain West tournament.

On April 1, 2024, head coach Chris Gobrecht announced her retirement from the program after 9 seasons. On April 25, longtime associate head coach Stacy McIntyre was promoted to the head coaching position.
