Template for people who create custom D&D stuff!

I see you've bothered to come and look at my page.

That done, this is what I'm working on currently:

Edit Summary Shenanigans

If you notice me leave a somewhat sarcastic edit summary when I revert an article (with the edit summary having to do with what was reverted from or to), then this is usually because whatever was added deserved a bit of a poke.

An example from November 25, 2006 would be a summary in response to vandalism by an anon on the Pikachu article. The anon had cropped out the whole Cultural Impact section (including "Parodies") and had vandalized another section (calling him a "Piro Blender"). So, I left this edit summary for my revert:

Ling-Ling say, "Revert this interesting vandarism brend!"

In the above instance, "Brend" referred to what Pikachu was called, and the speaker was in the "parodies" section.

Also, note that when I leave an edit summary on a revert, I'll add a wikilink to the governing policy in it (WP:VAND, WP:NOT, WP:NPOV, or WP:NOR), usually on the word describing why the article was reverted by me. This is true of whether or not I leave a humorous summary (such as the one above) or something as simple as "rv - speculation".

If I leave "???" in my edit summary, that means that the addition was hard to understand or added in the wrong section. If the latter, it was also reverted due to violating NOT, VAND, NPOV, or NOR.

EXTRA, EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!
