You have a fair point, but since I hadn't actually noticed you r comments, and judged on behaviour, and Moreschi and several other outsiders to the debate suggested that I was being too lenient when I first went with the restricted ban, I think this one has a bit more consensus than I'd be willing to overrule. ] ] 09:56, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

Gastrich's latest petition

It is my belief that some of the sock puppets aren't Gastrich. I have reason to believe that User:Hugo the Hippo is a sock puppet of banned user User_talk:Bible John. This in no way excuses Gastrich's behavior, and in fact given his history the accusation is justified, but pointing out that his claim that he is being framed isn't entirely false. • Either way, taunting Gastrich was not helping, so I'd ask Nascentatheist not to do so again. Guy (Help!) 17:44, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
    • I did not view my comments as "taunting," but I can understand that the harmony of the community is important, just as I can understand other viewpoints. I confess that I thought that what I had to say after the administrator's decision would be my last on the matter, but I did feel compelled to not only defend myself against false accusations, but to act on behalf of the community, as all editors do, to Jason's disruptive comments and insertion of his attack group link. I would actually much prefer to edit elsewhere. I suppose I, too, got caught up, as many of us do when these things happen. My apologies. - Nascentatheist 17:48, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

Vandalized talk page

I have removed a false accusation from IP 76.6.113.149 . Both the Misplaced Pages user page for me and the associated talk page were vandalized. This was probably Jason Gastrich, who discovered that yet another of his domains has been black-listed. It is, after all, nothing more than an attack site reference to his Google hate group. Jason does not have the courage to post his accusations in forums in which they can be rebutted, and now has resorted to posting from anonymous IPs since he has been fully banned from Misplaced Pages. He continues to show us that his banning is completely justified. - Nascentatheist 13:50, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
