Colleen Mary Brady is a fictional character on the soap opera Days of our Lives. Her story, seen in flashbacks through the reading of letters written between Santo DiMera and herself, is that of a romance with a man who was married when she met him. Colleen's great-niece, Sami Brady looks identical to Colleen and she is being portrayed by Alison Sweeney.

A novitiate, living in Galway, Ireland, Colleen had a relationship with Santo DiMera, an Italian businessman she met when he was brought to her church after he was injured. The two fell in love and had a forbidden affair after Santo's wife allegedly passed away. Their story is told through the love letters they shared.

Colleen died in a horrible manner at a young age, falling or jumping from a cliff in Galway. Shawn claims that she was killed by a DiMera, while Santo's son, Stefano, claims that Shawn Brady murdered her. In reality both could be blamed. Stefano told Shawn that his mother was not dead and his father was still married and on the day of Colleen and Santo's wedding, Shawn told Colleen. Her death is said to have sparked the Brady/DiMera feud that has been going on since Santo's death in the 1980s.
