On your user page you seem to have put yourself in the category of users who are administrators. I assume this was a mistake, correct? I was looking at an old comment you had made to me toward the top of my talk page and (after clicking on the link to your user page) was surprised to see you were supposedly an admin since I knew you were a fairly new user. If you are not an admin (and I don't see a ] in your name) then you should take yourself out of that category asap. Just a heads up.--] <small>| ] | ]</small> 11:49, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

--Daniel ellis 17:06, 9 October 2007 (UTC)Welcome to Misplaced Pages!

Hello, Falcofire, I'm Kafziel. I noticed you were new, or at least that nobody has officially welcomed you yet, so let me be the first to say hello, give you some tips, and share a few useful links.

Here are some links you might find helpful:

I know they're a little boring (okay... a lot boring) but they may come in handy someday.

I give every newcomer two tips for adding content: cite references whenever possible, and try to set aside any personal points of view. Aside from that, just be patient and receptive, ask questions whenever you need to, and have a good time. If you want to experiment with coding or see how articles will look before you post them, you can use your own private sandbox at User:Falcofire/sandbox for any tests you want to do. (The link will turn blue after you start the page.)

Now that you have your own user name, you can sign your comments on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically stamp your user name, the time, and the date. That will help other users reply to your posts. You may also want to fill out your user page to tell others a bit about yourself.

I hope this information is useful to you, and I'm looking forward to seeing your contributions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me for help. Good luck, and happy editing! Kafziel 17:11, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

Hi again

There's no set criteria for barnstars. Someone can give you one whenever they think you deserve it. Some people have tons, some people don't have very many at all, and some people actually prefer not to get them and say so on their userpages. It's pretty random. Just keep plugging away and eventually someone might notice you and drop you a barnstar.

As for the Fenway thing... I'm actually a Yankee fan myself. But I have respect for all the classic teams, so I visit other parks when I can. Lots of history in all those places. I'm a baseball fan first, and a Yankee fan second. And Boston is my favorite city, so I'm up there quite a bit. Kafziel 21:51, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

Delaware Military Academy

Hi Falcofire, I don't have any affiliation with the Delaware Military Academy and actually had never heard of it until I edited the page. I was doing some recent changes patrol work and reverted a previous edit to the article that was not constructive--i.e. mine was a minor edit that was not substantive. Sorry I can't be of help by adding to the article.--Bigtimepeace | talk | contribs 23:11, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

You wrote me about this again on my talk page (probably not remembering that you had written me in May) but no, I don't have any experience with or knowledge of DMA. Again, I only edited the article while on vandal patrol.--Bigtimepeace | talk | contribs 18:48, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Unfortunately I don't have any direct experience with DMA; I was doing some work over on Red Clay Consolidated School District and bounced over to tag on behalf of WikiProject Delaware and Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Schools. DMA didn't even come into existence until after I had moved out of the state of DE, so I'm afraid i don't have much more to offer that isn't either already on this page or available via internet sources. --Littledrummrboy 18:46, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

Re:DMA

I was just going through the "Recent Changes" list and noticed that there was vandalism on the page. I do that a lot. :-) Regards, ... discospinster talk 16:30, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Rosewood High School distance core picture

Hey, come on Zack, I didn't remove your article, it's still there. I just moved it to the right side instead of the left. If you have any other concerns let me know. --Daniel ellis 17:06, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

Nice page

Yeah, you're page is looking nice. I noticed your name style too, how'd you change that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Daniel ellis (talkcontribs) 21:00, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Userboxes

How do you want your userpage organized? It's all personal, there's no "official" way to do it. Take a look at mine for example. Wikidudeman 15:26, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

I would really like them organized on the right side of the page like the info box on Rosewood High School's page.

...

Just put on the right side, or do you want the same box? Wikidudeman 15:43, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

Don't forget to sign your name at the end of each comment using ~~~~ Wikidudeman 15:44, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

That's great, thanks a lot.

Could someone help me out on organizing my userboxes?! I can not figure the whole infobox/organize style. Edits from experts welcome.

When you're new to re-designing your userpage and adding userboxes, your best bet would be to browse through other members' userpages, look through the source and take out bits of code that interests you. However, ensure they haven't specifically left a note on their page requesting members don't do this. For example, on my userpage, you're more than willing to take parts of my code. Thanks!
