hello. i noticed that you have gone after me making several uncommented reverts to my edits. is there something we need to talk about? --emerson7 03:28, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
- as with most things, 'appropriateness' is the key. there's little reason for using small fonts and dual columns for just a couple entries. the article {{reflist}}, as well as wp:foot#Resizing references both suggest necessity, i.e. lack of space.
- with regard to nee, forgive me if i come off too pendantic but, nee is a parenthetical adjunct to a womans married name, thus... Barbra Jean Brolin (nee Streisand), not Barbra Jean (nee Streisand). an a example of can be found here. even still, it is indeed an affectation when the same idea can be communicated with a much simpler construction. --emerson7 04:09, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
