Able Danger/Weldon

I may have mis-read the Able Danger article. In 1999 Steinberg was the Deputy NSA. The way I read the article was Weldon gave the chart/document to the Deputy NSA in 1999.

If am wrong, please correct it.

No problem, I messed up there too, I was laughing to hard, I think the current version is right. Unfortunately Weldon is a jackass, it would be really nice if he was right but Able Danger never had the type of data needed to make that sort of result, it was a few people and they were in their first year, they didn't have time to gather the data. --Gorgonzilla 04:08, 17 August 2005 (UTC)

Some day the wingnuts on the left and the right will realize that Drudge, O'Reily and Moore are only three examples of the same types of asshole. Most of the POV edits people put into wiki are actually counterproductive to their cause. I removed about 80% of the Able Danger article, the result was much punchier than the original whacko-conspiracist version. They didn't like it. --Gorgonzilla 15:59, 18 August 2005 (UTC)

Hello Gorgonzilla I'm the bad little monkey who used that naughty phrase.

Before you started working on Abramoff & Co. I estimate I contributed 80% of all info about him found on Misplaced Pages.

I am glad someone else is now working on it as I have a hard time not hating him.

I am willing to post links in Jack Abramoff's discussion area if you are willing to make the info they contain wikipedia friendly.

... Abramoff is facing indictment for major frauds from four separate grand juries and is a suspect in the murder of one of the people who accused him, what is there not to hate? I don't think that there are many pro-Abramoff people, he has been abandonded by his party. But just make sure the article looks reasonably NPOV. --Gorgonzilla 23:31, 18 August 2005 (UTC)

Indefensible behavior

There was a time when one of you could have said that you're defending yourself from the other, but at this point both you and Agriculture are being puerile and are violating WP:Civility and WP:NPA. The comments that I've seen at Misplaced Pages:Votes for deletion/WikiProject Wikipedians for Decency and on your respective talk pages are over the line. I strongly suggest that you take an extended break from Misplaced Pages and get some perspective.
