Egor Sergeyevich Lavrov'' (Russian: Егор Сергеевич Лавров) (born June 6, 1981) is a young millionaire entrepreneur who made his fortune in Internet-related projects, political PR, and a number of successful businesses in the Dominican Republic.
Early years
Lavrov was born in Moscow, Russia, on June 6, 1981. He studied at private school called "Kommersant", but spent 1 year in one of the London's school and later had to move to Prague, Czech Republic, with his parents due to an attempt to kill his father, Sergey Lavrov.
He finished school in Prague and came back to Moscow during the period of rising interest to the Internet in Russia. He later joined Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics and started his own business at the same time.
Early political and business career
Lavrov's first business was the first Internet-related magazine about the Internet in Russia called "Planeta Internet" that was later sold to Smolensky Bank that paid about 2 million dollars to Lavrov when he was just 16 years old.
Next step in business was a GFX Advertisement Company that later was acquired by the "Plaza Group" for the unknown amount of money and transformed to "PLAZA Internet" that was a base for Internet projects of Egor Lavrov and Umar Dzhabrailov such as "obozrenie.ru" that was designed by Art. Lebedev Studio and scandalous "fuck.ru" project that later gave a start to a new form of culture in Russia called "counterculture" that still exists in different forms.
Later, when Lavrov was 19 he became a head of the election campaign of Umar Dzhabrailov who was a candidate to the presidency of Russian Federation. Umar came in last with 0.8 percent of vote. But as one of the results of the campaign he became Chechnya's representative in the Federation Council of Russia.
