The main reason I oppose the merge is really an issue of consistency. If you look at other sports, for example football. ] and ] are seperate. So do ] and ], ] and ]. Now I understand that all other NBA awards page have the list on the award pages. But since other sports seperate the championship trophy from the list of champions, I think we should follow the same arrangement for the NBA as well. |

:I think you misunderstood what I said. What I am trying to say is that in every other sports, major award like the championship trophy have seperate pages for the trophy and the list of winners. But minor awards tend to have the list of winners on the trophy/award page itself. So, going back to my example. Major award like ] separates itself from ] (in a way it is a list of winners). But minor awards like ] have the list of winners on the page itself. Since every sports are like that, there is no reason to make exception for the nba. |
