::I've seen your emails and I think there may be some confusion. There isn't much in the way of discussion on the talk page about the article title, so I don't believe either side can claim a "consensus" at this time - consensus is when the majority of people involved can find a compromise that they can be happy with. Also, my main concern with your moves is that because you couldn't move it to "Syrian military presence in Lebanon" (which would be the correct title if this one is chosen) you instead moved it to "Syrian military Presence In Lebanon" and even "Syrian military Presence in Lebanon" none of which are proper titles. Also, since you've moved things so many times in so many ways there is now a mass of redirects all going to different places in those articles sometimes making people click 4 or more times just to get to the actual article. My concern is removing the incorrect titles and cleaning up the improper redirects - I've also block the page from being moved for the time being to give me time to do this and also to give the editors on the talk page time to discussion the article title further. Hope that helps explain things. <font face="Tempus Sans ITC" color="#2B0066">] ]</font> 04:33, 28 September 2008 (UTC) ::I've seen your emails and I think there may be some confusion. Asma al-Assad

Hi there, I assume you speak Arabic (?) and wondered if you wanted to help with the Asma al-Assad article. See the discussion page, we cant find an official source (Syrian government would be good) for her official title, is it "First Lady of Syria" (or the local equivalent). Now I understand this is subject to controversy in Syria, and I don’t want to start an edit war, but help would be welcome. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SasiSasi (talkcontribs) 21:27, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Syrian occupation of Lebanon. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Please work on gaining consensus for your changes on the talk page instead of continuing to war over the title of the article. Also, please note that its not proper to capitalize words in the middle of an article title, so instead, if there is consensus please request that an administrator perform the move to the correctly formatted title. I see you've created another yet another name and redirect that is also incorrectly titled. I understand that you feel the name of the article needs to be discussed and possibly changed, but you need to have that discussion and then have the article moved to the correctly capitalized title. Right now what you've done is create a maze of redirects that are at least 6 deep in some places and its going to take me a while to clean this up. Please don't make any further article moves until you understand how the system works so you can avoid mistakes like this in the future. In the meantime, try finishing the discussion that was started on the talk page - you're the only one objecting to the title which isn't consensus to move the article. Calling other editors hypocrites or Zionists and insinuating that they are paid to edit for a particular viewpoint is completely inappropriate . If you disagree with the current title of the article, attacking the people who disagree with you isn't going to help your case. Instead, try putting together some solid sources and reasoning for what you think the article name should be. If you're unable to resolve the issue on the talk page, you might want to try other dispute resolution like starting a request for comment about the name. Shell 05:15, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
