Richard Reinhardt (a.k.a Richie Ramone) is an American drummer best known for his five year stint as the drummer for the punk rock group the Ramones. He left the band acrimoniously in August 1987 after the three original members refused to evenly share the money from t-shirt sales with him.

September 21, 2007 Richie Ramone aka Richard Reinhardt sued Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Apple, Inc.,RealNetworks, Inc., Taco Tunes, Inc., Ramones Productions, Inc., Estate of John Cummings (Johnny Ramone), Herzog & Strauss and Ira Herzog for copyright infringement. April 24, 2008 the lawsuit was dismissed Richie Ramone appealed to the Supreme Court. September 26, 2008 Justice Jane S. Solomon ruled that "Richard failed to prove that the band's manager cheated him out of royalties." She stated "that while Richard Reinhardt insinuates that he agreed to the 2002 Settlement under sinister circumstances, the facts alleged do not make out a claim for fraud or negligent misrepresentation." His case was dismissed.
