| :Indeed, there is an opening sign, ¿. Nowadays you don't use it most of the times but yes, you should add it at the beginning of the questions: ''¿No hablas inglés? Haz clic aquí.'' and ''¿No habla inglés? Haga clic aquí.'' We don't use uppercase when referring to languages (contrary to English which uses French, Spanish, etc), so you can do it with lowercase.
