We totally respect the creative work of all the musicians involved especially Mel Galley and will continue to promote the development of the project to enhance sales, but we will remove Self-indulgent updates by third parties who took no responsibility when the project encountered problems leaving major financial debts, after Phenomena III (Inner Vision) was rejected by BMG in 1992. Wilfred Rimensberger has not had any involvement in the Phenomena Project for over fourteen years and is an opportunist who is now taking advantage for his own financial gain and we will continue to refuse to acknowledge any claims he makes.
== History ==
From 1986 to 2006, Phenomena released four albums <ref name="cdreview" />, some singles and maxi singles, and a boxed set. The first 2 albums released by BMG charted in various territories around the world and the single "Did it all for Love" became a number one hit in South America. Originally the project consisted of founding producer Tom Galley, project director and co-producer Wilfried F. Rimensberger, and Mel Galley, who died on 1 July 2008 from cancer.

After obtaining Tom Galley's but not Wilfried Rimensberger's rights to PHENOMENA in 1992, Parachute Music Ltd. released PHENOMENA's third album '''PHENOMENA III (Inner Vision)'''. This was followed by the reissue of the back catalogue '''PHENOMENA''' & '''PHENOMENA II (Dream Runner).'''

2006 saw Creative World Entertainment release''' PHENOMENA (THE WORKS)''' through Escape Music (ESM142) which was a limited edition box set containing all material from the three studio albums with additional unheard material including an original live rehearsal recording from The Old Smithy studio in 1984.

Rimensberger strongly influenced the production of the second album, ''Dream Runner'', and from a Tom Galley video idea and stills developed a full length feature movie project that attracted talents such as Sean Connery, Emily Lloyd and Eddie Kid.{{Fact|date=August 2008}} He also wrote a script for a PHENOMENA musical and a video game concept.{{Fact|date=August 2008}} A fourth album, PsychoFantasy, was released in 2006 by Tom Galley. Original producers Tom Galley and Wilfried Rimensberger are collaborating on a forthcoming PHENOMENA V album due in 2009.
