The ArbCom and BLP make it specifically clear that DRV is the method to use in such situations. Furthermore, the presence of "3 DRVs and 3 AFDs" is due to mainly to repeated out of process attempts to delete the article, not due to any clear consensus to have it deleted. At least one ArbCom member, FT2 has expressed disagreement with this speedy deletion making it clear that BLP:UNDEL was not intended for such uses.
