Welcome to the picnic! If you are a new user thanking me for the welcome, create the section with "Thanks from (your name)" or something similar, not just Thanks or Thank you. :)

When do I archive? Whenever the page is over 30KB. No sooner, and only later if there's an active topic.

Furry?

You're a furry? You're under the category furry wikipedians and I was just wondering, because it was just weird to see. Private Butcher 22:04, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

Hermione1980's RfA

Thank you for your support on my RfA; I really appreciate it! I will do my best to live up to the trust you've shown in me. ::begins going down checklist of pages to move to "X on wheels!" No, wait a minute, I need something more original -- how about "X on bicycles"? (evil grin):: Thanks, Hermione1980 23:15, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

Dejame en paz

Mr. Redwolf24Why did you blank my page. I'm trying to be civil here and start something that I can occupy myself with. Why destroy it? Why don't you just leave me alone? I haven't vandalized and yet everybody's out to get me? YOU Leave ME Alone, let some other unbiased admin take care of it!!!--Blueballs 23:18, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

FIND ANOTHER SCAPEGOAT

YOU JUST HAVE A PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST ME! NO OTHER ADMIN WOULD DO TO MY PAGE WHAT YOU DID! LOOK MAN I LEFT YOU BUDDY NICK BUSH24 ALONE, NOW LEAVE ME THE *$## ALONE. YOU EVEN BLOCKED ME ONCE WITHOUT WARNING WHEN I JUST CHANGED THE COLOR OF THE STREETLIGHT FIXTURE. F OFF OK!--Blueballs 23:33, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

November

Do u think that this november comming up will be maybe one of the best month for RFAs as users such as GraemeL who I expect at least 100+ votes and maybe a record , JoanneB Jobe6 who im thinking of nominating in Early November V. Molotov and user MONGO who im planning of nominating in Mid November when he comes back from a 2 week vaction he said and BDAbramson who I heard is planning to become a admin in LateNovember and whould clearly get 100+ votes in a snap and (few others that name is too long to type I think u know who) probaly become nominated and Accepeted --JAranda | watz sup 23:48, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

V. Molotov is an admin I believe. Redwolf24 (talk) 23:52, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

Sorry

Yes, this is one of my accounts related to User:Rainbowwarrior1977. I admit that User:Shelburne_Kismaayo and I are related somewhat, but I swear up and down that I have nothing at all to do with that User:Wiki_brah character. Do I seem like that guy at all? Shelburne was an obvious doppelganger, I know, but I don't think that Wiki_brah guy, whoever the hell he is, should be caught up in all this. I'm willing to accept my ban but I hate for innocents to be caught up in it. Anyway, I had even targetted Wiki_brah for a bit, along with User:Paul_Klenk, posing as User:TheDeletator, who I'm sure you know was also related to me. Why would I take the trouble to compose a Request for Comment against myself? It doesnt make sense. So please re-consider the block on User:Wiki_brah. You yourself believed him to be who he claimed to be, and who really could be that but him? I'm going to post the same on my pal Essjay's page and then be done with Misplaced Pages. I've caused enough problems for innocents. Sorry.Brandonfarb 01:06, 19 October 2005 (UTC)

My RfA

Thanks, Red, for your support of my RfA! I promise to do a good job using the keys to the janitor's closet. >: Roby Wayne 01:33, 19 October 2005 (UTC)

Tern: The Re-tern!

I'm not sure about all the details that lead to the blocking of Tern, but User:195.188.254.82 has admitted to being him, and claims to be editting from a library computer. I've blocked the IP for one hour; hopefully long enough to halt him and short enough to avoid inflicting collateral damage. Figured I'd give you the heads-up, as it seems he's been doing this for some time.--Scimitar 15:12, 19 October 2005 (UTC)

I believe it'd be okay for him to return as long as he stops whining about wikipedia and claiming we did him a harm, etc. If you see his talk page you'll see why he was blocked indefinitely, though he's not banned. Redwolf24 (talk) 22:08, 19 October 2005 (UTC)

Urine Tax

Please revisit the AfD/Article for Urine tax... it is WP:V. The article was factually inaccurate though. I've updated the article. Thanks!--Isotope23 00:41, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Done. Redwolf24 (talk) 00:45, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Need you do to me a favor

Need you do to me a favor. This page Lauren 'Skeeter' Sirkin Im having a revert war with the creator of that article. It is nonsense and a A7 but the creator keep taking away the speedy tag. Could u delete it and protect that page. Thanks --JAranda | watz sup 01:45, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for getting rid of that junk. --JAranda | watz sup 01:51, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Transwiki

Hi Red, I went the rules on transwiking on meta, but its still somewhat confusing to me. When you close an afd debate that has a consensus to transwiki - do you delete the article afterwards? Also, how do you actually do the transwiki - just dump it in the Transwiki:ARTICLENAME? Or actually put it in the main namespace o f the wiki? Ryan Norton 02:52, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Copy and paste to wt:Transwiki:ARTICLENAME or whatever source. The friendly people there will decide if they want it or not. Make sure you get the authors there too, maybe on a talk page... then delete the article here. Redwolf24 (talk) 03:23, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Thanks! Ryan Norton 03:42, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

User:202.156.6.61

Can I just check why you thought this user is a sockpuppet? Thanks! Am mainly wondering with regard to Misplaced Pages: Articles for deletion/The Whirlpool which they nominated. The Land 13:03, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

It's a sockpuppet of User:Omgwtflolz but that doesn't invalidate the AfD. Redwolf24 (talk) 22:42, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

RfB

Looks like you bid to become a beaurocrat has failed(closed early). Sorry about that, but it looks like you need more time here in order to convice others that you can be promoted. In my opinion, you would make a fine beaurocrat, and I was not just voting based in "popularity". Oh well. Looks like my RfA might close early...yay!Voice of All 14:34, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

They only close early if it's clear they won't succeed, passing RfA's are never closed early. Redwolf24 (talk) 22:42, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

MC

Oh NOES! I don't think the timing on that could have been worse.... yesterday was the roughest wikipedia day evar! I was burned out from working on Microsoft and the school debates. I don't blame people for thinking that I have "no clue of how to get along with people" or whatever after that, LOL. Maybe withdraw yet again and reapply later? Ryan Norton 23:57, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Heads Up

Not sure if you're still interested, but it looks like Silverback has a meatpuppet in Silverbackman0076 (talk · contribs). I honestly don't have alot of confidence in the structured mediation process after what happened in the MC, Karyn/Kelly Martin's attitude of negativity towards WP:RFAr on IRC all the time even though she's on the Arbcom(she seems like she needs a vacation from there) , and most recently Misplaced Pages:Requests for comment/Pigsonthewing. Admin

Hi Redwolf—I just looked at Kate's edit counter, and it's 2005 edits. It's a kinda ham-fisted way of assessing contribution—my count is probably inflated by my habit of forgetting to preview, and then returning to polish. On the other hand, sometimes I do huge edits in a single go. Your call. Cheers. Tony 04:45, 21 October 2005 (UTC)

JoanneB as possible admin

Hey Redwolf...I've recently taken a quick look at User:JoanneB for possible admin candidacy. I didn't do a thorough review, just checking talk page (looks very promising), time joined up (August), and number of edits (>4000). Due to the fact that she does so much vandal fighting, I suspect she'll get nominated long before she reaches the six month watermark I have for nominating people. I thought you might like to be aware of her in case you'd like to nominate her yourself. All the best, --Durin 17:49, 21 October 2005 (UTC)

She's an excellent candidate; I've been working with her all day in #wikipedia-en-vandalism. -- Essjay · Talk 18:33, 21 October 2005 (UTC)
