Plot
New sparks of an old romance are ignited between J.D. and Elliot when they work together to encourage to Dr. Kelso to branch out beyond the hospital coffee shop to find his new 'happy place'.
Dr. Cox and Turk work together to help two kidney transplant patients, the wife of each having a match for the other's husband; one of which later declines to swap kidneys.
