mczack26 (talk · contribs) I'd just like a general review of my editing over time, my eventual ambition is to become an admin but I was deemed not enough of an editior for adin coaching. • Generally, you are doing great patrolling articles for vandalism. I recommend changing your name at WP:CHU to capitalize your first letter of your name to meet WP:USERNAME policies. I also recommend exposing yourself to other WP areas and less of your userspace. Also, for FREEBEER, I recommend renaming it to Misplaced Pages:Free beer and the shortcut being WP:FREEBEER. I renamed it to decapitalize "Beer" per proper naming. Also, you should move it to your userspace because I don't see an approval of moving this to the Misplaced Pages space. --₮RUCӨ 22:04, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

Questions

1. Of your contributions to Misplaced Pages, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?

   Most of the editing that I do involves Anti vandalism. I have Rollback rights and use hugle to deal with such things. Not to sound vein but I do feel that my talk page is of reasonable quality as is my talkpage (Though the archives are currently broken). WP:FREEBEER Isnt to bad though.

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?

1. Naturally, when dealing with vandalism, you will make mistakes and some people will get very angry that you have made a mistake and possibly even warned them. My rule of thumb is to keep a cool head, even if i'm not in error it's just easier to resolve disputes with a calm head. I made a mistaken Edit just before I apllied for rollback but because of the way I dealt with the error and the discussion I was still granted the flag.
