::You have broken every single Misplaced Pages rule. I am learning. I am new, amigo. You are being closely watched. You push your own POV-ness while reports others based on BS, based on the things you do yourself. The truth is that non of them are violations from me, but a pure violations from you. You push for consensus while make changes following your own POV-ness (Serb POV). You are being watched, every change, move or reversion you will make, which most of the time is violated will be reported. Kosovo topic has been controlled by Serb POV based on banning others - Cinema C. The others may not be willing to learn the rules, but I am and I shall teach others how to proceed. I ain't alone. Your claim of multilingual is BS. You are mainly focused on Serb, Kosovo stuff. I've met Serbs in Madrid who claimed to be Spaniards, very common (nothing wrong with it) :) Nice try, Cinema C, лажљивац.(google translator says so)--SpanishBoy2006

Diagnosis: Userpagious emptiosus

WELCOME Greetings and Welcome! I noticed that your username shows up red when you post an edit -- in case you were wondering why, this is because your userpage is devoid of content. If you were to place anything at all on your userpage (text, photographs, etc.), your username would then appear blue by default. By convention, most contributing editors who intend on becoming a part of the Misplaced Pages family generally place information about themselves on their userpages to let people know a little about themselves. As a result, editors whose usernames are still red may (however unjustly, yet, nonetheless) appear to other editors as lacking a serious motivation in both editing Misplaced Pages articles as well as joining the Misplaced Pages community at large. Although it is not at all required, I therefore recommend that you place something on your userpage, such as information relating to your city of residence or occupation -- basically anything that will allow another editor to identify with you and peer into your mind a bit. You can check out other editors' userpages to get an idea of what is normally included (find them easiest by checking the history tab on randomly chosen yet substantial articles), and even copy/paste from other editors' userpages (modifying the information to reflect your own, of course). Invite to work on the SFK09

Hello We are working on creating a workgroup for wikimedia kosovo http://sfk2009.ning.com/group/wikimediakosova and have an event on august 29/30 in Prishtina. We would like to invite you to come. http://www.kosovasoftwarefreedom.org/index.php/sfk09/call-for-papers.html

Thanks,

mike Mdupont (talk) 11:23, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Kosovo

I don't get it. On Talk:Kosovo you mention that you would prefer the term "country" over "region", with which I agree. But, as that word it a bit loaded, I added changed the header to "disputed autonomous region" rather than "disputed region" to explicitely state Kosovo is autonomous, but you keep reverting me.... Can you please explain your stance? --Reinoutr (talk) 17:17, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

Why don't you answer my question instead of making hollow threats ()? --Reinoutr (talk) 17:23, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

3RR

Warning
Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing at Kosovo. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. I am placing this explanation here, because you violated the three-revert rule with this edit. --Reinoutr (talk) 20:58, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

I've just blocked you because of the violation of 3RR rule for 24 hours. --Tone 11:18, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

Possible sanctions

In a 2007 arbitration case, administrators were given the power to impose discretionary sanctions on any user editing Balkans-related articles in a disruptive way. If you engage in further inappropriate behaviour in this area, you may be placed under sanctions including blocks, a revert limitation or an article ban. Thank you. Nishkid64 (Make articles, not wikidrama) 13:42, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Balkans articles, particularly Kosovo have been changed without consensus by Dab, Evklakis, Cinema, Brutaldelux without consensus, leading to unnecessary reversion of articles.--SpanishBoy2006 13:57, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

That does not excuse your own actions. Consider this a warning that if you continue to make accusations against other editors or engage in edit warring, I will sanction you. Nishkid64 (Make articles, not wikidrama) 12:41, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
Do the research before you make statements! I have not engaged in edit warring. I have simply reverted the non-consensus changes the aforementioned folks made. Please do research before issuing warnings, will you?! Sincerely! I am not trying to excuse anything! --SpanishBoy2006 13:18, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
Yes, go ahead. Considering how someone wanted to block you outright, you should count your lucky stars. Reverting changes without consensus (at the same time, there was no consensus for your version either) is not an excuse for edit warring. Please read this policy page before justifying your edits under false criteria. Nishkid64 (Make articles, not wikidrama) 13:25, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
I know I am learning fast and I love the advice I get, but sometimes Serbian POV is pushing way too far with their propaganda. And, I am just merely reacting. Threats, warnings and blocking just discourages me to make articles rather than get stuck on this. --SpanishBoy2006 10:37, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

You have been reported for violating the ArbCom's probation on Kosovo here. --Cinéma C 02:09, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Your times are numbered. You will get the right ban, one of these days. Trust me. You are being watched closely. --SpanishBoy2006 Pushing your own POV. violating ArbCom, making changes without consensus. --SpanishBoy2006 21:31, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Blocked again

Two weeks. Seriously, quit edit warring. This block is made under the authority of WP:ARBMAC#Discretionary sanctions. This block will be noted on that page. If you edit war again once this block expires, your next block will be infinite. If you want to appeal this block, you may do so by placing {{unblock|reason}} on this page. J.delanoyadds 16:45, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Cinema C has been violating every possible rule on Misplaced Pages. Pushing his POVness, and nothing based. Your action is biased. I have not violated anything, except that I represent a neutral POV which is not acceptable by Serbian POV. Cinema, Evklakis are serbs. Very sad. I shall file my complaint. The blocking is unjustified.--SpanishBoy2006 17:40, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
Cinema C is not Serb, and neither am I; neither do we have to be to be objective. We're just not Albanians either and that is the whole problem here. We have to accept that Kosovo is a sovereign state, totally undisputed, and the Albanian name for the towns and cities have become the English names, and that Serbia is a land of no pride as it "de facto" recognises Kosovo (or better Kosova). And if we do not subscribe to these things, we are Serbs. Evlekis (talk) 21:01, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
Please. You speak Serbo-croat like your mother's language. Leave it alone. Pushing your own POV. Cinema C pushing his POV while reporting others. He's going to get banned. He has violated more rules of Misplaced Pages than any user on Republica de Kosovo section. How's that for a start. --SpanishBoy2006
What is the reasoning behind your ethnicity claims concerning me and why does it matter? I am a polyglot, and if you do not know what that means, I aptly and with a high level of fluency use many languages. Does my knowledge of German make me a German? Or maybe because I'm currently learning Albanian, I must be part Albanian too? Qka je ka thu ses spo te kuptoj... Besides, you can't put me inside your little templates because of my ethnicity, which is none of your business.
