Could someone please check the assertion on the talk page about the reason for not allowing the video taped deposition of Sibel Edmonds to be referred to in the article about her? I can't image how a court deposition (under oath) is not acceptable as a reference for Misplaced Pages. Transcript and video part 1 of 5. What is the issue? The level of protection to the page seems fairly innocuous, but I dont understand the reason for the action, and I want to comply with whatever the rules are. The claim, as I understand it, is that anything posted on BradBlog cannot be used, even a transcript of a deposition. ( Martin | talk • contribs 09:09, 7 September 2009 (UTC))

Indefinite semi-protection vandalism, Almost-daily vandalism since protection expired in mid-July. Since Ted Kennedy's death late last month there's been a spike in unconstructive edits round here. Also, school has begun, and this is a high-profile research topic that should be kept out of reach of trolls.
