Protected by its primary editor, during a content dispute (just 5 minutes after reverting a disputed move), claiming that it has the "potential" to be used on a large number of articles (it's currently used on ~300). On hold Moving this back to "current" from "fulfilled/denied", because it has been neither fulfilled nor denied. Since protecting admin is also the primary editor, arguably that amounts to "blocking while involved".
