I see that your enthousiasm to game the system is active: apart from awarding indef blocked users with barnstar, it seems that their feelings are mutual. I awarded the user before he was blocked and the user (provided it's him, becuase it's still to be proved) awarded me before he was blocked. Now if you suppose it's needless to ask, why do you ask?
