The Supremes

Hi, B! Can you create another portal, this one being for The Supremes, please? I hope you do this (for me!), as you're an expert on this type of work. The two colors for the portal I'd like for you to use are based on the cover of The Supremes box-set album (darker shade for border). No rush at all, but maybe in your spare time or something, if you could. Should you do this, why I might just have to give you a Barnstar (not that it probably matters to you, but it does to me)! Yes, I did add the Beach Boys Portal to my watch list. I am a Beach Boys fan and appreciate you creating the portal; it looks good. Since you've have added a reference to the portal on the main Beach Boys article - which IS appropriate - I think it will be easy for readers and editors to find the portal. I apologize if I am sounding overly instructive and belaboring the point, but please read WP:TPG if you haven't already. Your edit summary said, "Some guy does not want this here !!!", but that's not true. It's not that I personally didn't want the reference on the talk page, it's just that according to the talk page guidelines it was inappropriate content. NP i did not notice its unfair use rotation ..opps just used what was in the articles...In fact now that i look deeper there is basically no fair use images ..some one should look on flick and get permission for some picks...In the tings to do section i had mentioned this because there is no Category:The Supremes at wikicommons ..but now i see there just is nothing!!....

I don't know if this is the right place to be, I'm trying to reach Buzzzsherman who kindly helped me post my first article, Bill Dwyre. He/she left me a message but I can't really figure out how to answser. When I click on his/her signature in the hope of leaving a message, I go to a page with a bunch of wild yellow flipping things at the top and no window in which to leave a message. Here's the problem--someone edited Bill Dwyre to an erroneous link. I'm new and don't know yet how to restore accuracy. The link in Bill Dwyre to TWA Ambassador goes to Ambassador magazine, which is NOT the referenced publication. TWA Ambassador was the inflight publication for TWA, the airline. Neither the airline nor its independently published magazine exists anymore, and that magazine did not have a digital presence. You can't link to it. The link goes to a magazine unknown to me or, I'm sure, Bill Dwyre, who wrote for the airline mag. sorry, i just don't get this. it's dumb click luck enabling me to get even this far. i think you asked in some other posting if there was a wrong source in the Bill Dwyre story. No, there isn't; someone inserted a wrong link to a correct source in the article after i created it. the link to TWA Ambassador magazine goes to an entirely different magazine. so the reference to TWA Ambassador is correct, the link is not. The Jackson 5 / The Jacksons

Hi B, I'm working on this discograohy and template as I know you're about to start the portal soon. I'm not going to do anymore until Saturday (I think, maybe later), because its going to take awhile as the albums and singles are mixed-up with one another and have to be turned around; so I'll need time (unless somebody else does this first). Also, have to fix the singles template to include three or four singles currently missing from it. Some singles in the discography listing are shown out of squence, so I'll have to compare with the charts from the US and UK and fix those, too. A song or two is listed with the wrong album title, so I'll work on that also. Janet's material is enough to start a portal of her own, but I don't think her material should be included with that of her brothers, should be apart like Michael's. Unless... you might title the portal as The Jacksons, instead of The Jackson 5, and include The Jackson 5, The Jacksons, Michael, Jermaine, Janet, and all the other siblings' material in it. Well, you're the portal expert, however you go about it I'll support you. Lastly, that image of MJ in his portal is awful, might you use someting else? Okay B, I'm done... you can begin the portal anytime now. Templates for 3 girls and 2 boys complete, but not Jackie, Tito, Marlon and Randy, as not enough material was released by these 4. Title? P.S. This sure isn't going to be easy to do. Is MJ going to be in this, too?
