File source problem with File:Earnest Christopher.JPG

Thanks for uploading File:Earnest Christopher.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Misplaced Pages:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 14:26, 15 December 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 14:26, 15 December 2009 (UTC)

CfD nomination of Category:Members of the Society for Biblical Studies in India

I have nominated Category:Members of the Society for Biblical Studies in India (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at the discussion page. Thank you. Accurate edit summaries, please -- and how about some sources?

In your recent edits to List of unrecognized accreditation associations of higher learning, your edit summaries said "clean up". In fact, however, those edits deleted content. Your edit summaries were misleading, making it appear that you were trying to hide the fact that you removed statements about Board of Theological Education of the Senate of Serampore College. In the future, please try to use the edit summary to provide a more accurate description of your edits.

There have been minor edit wars over unsourced assertions made about this institution and the associated Serampore University. Rather than quietly deleting content that you apparently disagree with, please consider providing sourced information, in keeping with Misplaced Pages policy on verifiability. Thank you. --Orlady (talk) 05:44, 14 January 2010 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Scott L. Harris

The article Scott L. Harris has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable professor and religious scholar. Does not meet WP:PROF or WP:BIO

While all contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. BaronLarf 12:17, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Scott L. Harris

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Scott L. Harris. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Misplaced Pages's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Misplaced Pages:Notability and "What Misplaced Pages is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Scott L. Harris. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:13, 31 January 2010 (UTC)

Greetings

Hello! I saw your user page, and see we're interested in many of the same things - books, coins, theologians. I saw some of the pages you created, and I see you've written some much-needed articles here, like Gerhard von Rad and Claus Westermann. I've been planning one on Brevard Childs for some time, but I haven't got around to it yet. Unfortunately, however, not all the articles you've written are about notable people - many of your subjects seem to be ordinary theological lecturers. You will have noticed Scott L. Harris is being considered for deletion, and I've written a long list of others that perhaps should be nominated. I thought it's only fair to let you see it before I post it. Take a look at the draft of my deletion nomination, and tell me what you think. StAnselm (talk) 05:35, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
