I am not 100% clear on the argument. Sandstein closed out the section with respect to this on his Talk page. I don't know if this is any use to you or not, if you are arguing that there are RS that consider the ICJ "antisemitic" or at the very least unfair to Israel, Anne Bayefsky is arguably saying that here.

WP:BLP

Amoruso, you do not appear to be listening, and to an extent people are pussyfooting around, so let's be really clear here. WP:BLP applies everywhere, and the most important thing you need to know about it is that if you insist on engaging in commentary that is identified as violating the policy, that is, is polemical commentary about living individuals, then you may be blocked from editing. There are a whole raft of essays and guidelines covering this area including WP:TRUTH, but the most important is WP:BLP and also WP:NOT, which describes what Misplaced Pages is not for, including being a forum for discussion or an experiment in free speech. You have two choices: you can understand and dial it back about ten notches, or you can carry on and I will block you. This is not because of what you believe, it's because of what you are saying and about whom. If you want to blog that stuff then you're welcome, just please don't bring it here, OK? Arbitration enforcement sanction (WP:ARBPIA)

Amoruso, this is to inform you that you are indefinitely banned from the topic of the Israeli-Arab conflict as explained in detail in the current BLPN thread.  Sandstein  19:38, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

hi

I am not 100% clear on the argument. Sandstein closed out the section with respect to this on his Talk page. I don't know if this is any use to you or not, if you are arguing that there are RS that consider the ICJ "antisemitic" or at the very least unfair to Israel, Anne Bayefsky is arguably saying that here. In the National Review, Anne Bayefsky of the Hudson Institute writes

"Substantial reliance on such skewed reporting drew the International Court of Justice into the U.N. vortex of hate and discrimination directed at Israel.

Therefore, it is no surprise that within a week the Court's decision has become the subject of another 10th General Assembly Emergency Session reconvened for the thirteenth time to condemn Israel and to call for a plethora of future activities intended to further demonize and isolate the Jewish state.
