The Encyclopedia entries are tertiary sources. You are btw deleting perfectly good secondary sources with no reason other than to advance your claim. You should read the discussion on the talkpage to see this has been gone over at length. You are in violation of WP:3RR (3 revert rule); you are going against WP:Consensus and another editor showing the exact same editing behavior as you was just given a warning at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. --AnnekeBart (talk) 15:11, 7 May 2011 (UTC)

You've been reported for edit warring
Hello Luciano. Please see WP:AN3#User:Luciano di Martino reported by User:AnnekeBart (Result: ). You may respond there if you wish. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 15:40, 7 May 2011 (UTC)
- Please be aware that nationalist edit-warring about famous people who seem to have both Croatian and Italian connections is not new on Misplaced Pages. The Arbitration Committee has handled similar cases in the past. If you continue your program of 'Italianization' you will most likely be warned under WP:ARBMAC, which covers nationalist editing on topics related to the Balkans. This could lead to a permanent ban from your making any edits in this topic area. If you hope to be here long term, please listen to feedback and work with others. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 16:02, 7 May 2011 (UTC)
Edit warring at Giulio Clovio
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
The complete report of this case is at WP:AN3#User:Luciano di Martino reported by User:AnnekeBart (Result: 72h, ARBMAC).
The Arbitration Committee has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions (information on which is at Misplaced Pages:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions) on any editor who is active on pages broadly related to the Balkans. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Misplaced Pages, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The Committee's full decision can be read in the Misplaced Pages:Requests for arbitration/Macedonia#Final decision section of the decision page.
Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Misplaced Pages:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions, with the appropriate sections of Misplaced Pages:Arbitration Committee/Procedures, and with the case decision page. |
