Survey
Hi Meryam90!
I have put together a survey for female editors of Misplaced Pages (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!
It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!
Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!
Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Misplaced Pages! Thank you! SarahStierch (talk) 03:54, 1 October 2011 (UTC)
- Done. I love the idea :) and I was shocked to know that 91% of editors here on Wiki are males. --Meryam90 (talk) 10:44, 1 October 2011 (UTC)
Clarify as to why you removed the entire reviews part that I added, with proper references to good sources Variety, Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic. I loved Don 2, but reviews are reviews and all of them have to be posted. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 09:41, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
There were no references...I just checked again...There were NO references.--Meryam90 (talk) 22:01, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
- Meryam, they were there. I clearly put Metacritic, Rotten Tomatoes and Variety references. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 17:44, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
- Here is my edit http://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Don_2&diff=472273759&oldid=472273138
- tell me if you see a reference there and lemme know...maybe u should of checked ypurself first before trying to argue here with me...--Meryam90 (talk) 17:49, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
- I talked about REVIEWS Meryam. The reviews I added of Variety and two others are not there right now. Besides, the Los Angeles Times did not give a positive review, they gave it a mixed one. Check Metacritic. In case you did not remove the reviews, then forget everything said. Btw, I was about to add the ref for the 49% part, and frankly I'm suprised you didn't do so. I will add that bit and put it up. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 16:08, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
- Reviews? Then it wasn't me...I only deleted review fom India from Indecine and BollySpice... and the edit I showed you is the other thing I removed because it had no source. So, pretty much wasn't me who deleted your reviews buddy...and you can't edit the article, it's protected now :P --Meryam90 (talk) 16:41, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
Well yes, no problem then. What do you mean "I can't edit the article"? Can't auto-confirmed users edit the articles automatically? ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 07:26, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- And why has the protection been added? Has there been troublesome editing going on? Or is it that some SRK haters are taking issue with the BO figures quoted, and found it in their best interests to block editing off for everyone? ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 07:28, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- I have no idea, I just woke up yestrday and discovered that some admin made it fully protected on claims that there is dispute over the worldwide gross and the poster...I think we fixed the poster issue already, guess we will need to find some solution to the damned Info Box. Why the hell must SRK release his movies in dubbed versions? ARG...--Meryam90 (talk) 12:19, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

Re:OSO
I think you can dig up a bit and find some website which will have the nominations list. I'll try to help, though I'm pretty busy right now on some film forums regarding Agneepath. Btw, have you seen Agneepath? ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 14:48, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
Becoming An Admin
Hey, how does one become an admin? I know you don't like me that much but no one is updating the Don 2 page and that X.One guy is just some lame Salman fanboy who keeps on thwarting my attempts. Did you see this?
Have a look at this. Scieberking has actually given an award to that troll HereToSaveWiki. Its hilarious to read the reason for that. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 15:30, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
- I've seen some of them. X.One is simply marvellous; seriously, I've never seen an editor this attached to hatred. He's clapping for Seeta mayya, of all the people. And he actually said this: "Hope that the link will shut the mouths of all SRK fans, some who happen to be our mutual enemies. :)" Mutual enemies... hmm. Sceiberking, no need to say anything. Goes about showing double standards in everything related to SRK, and then says that he is "absolutely neutral and not a fan of anybody". Just notice what Scieberking said:- "Articles related to Indian cinema desperately need good and knowledgable editors. I hope whatever you do in the future is unbiased." And we all know what "knowledgable" and "unbiased" is in his language. I still can't believe Scieberking had the guts to talk back to me when I pointed out his obvious breaking of WP rules and two-facedness regarding Bodyguard and Ra.One. Goes to show that some people feel that whatever they do is right. Btw, I think you've got a few new additions to that superb list of yours. Keep at it; maybe when I'm sick of all this agenda-based trashing by the haters, I can come and check out the page and have a good laugh at the absolute stupidity of these haters. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 11:04, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- LOL U've never seen him talk abt Salman's page? I need to find that lil bit to quote him, I remember vividly his using words like fantastic and marvelous to describe the Info Box after the changed his picture... LOL --Meryam90 (talk) 17:29, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- Seriously??????? LOL. Please find it and put it up; I am dying to read it. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 17:35, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
WAIT WAIT, HERE IS A PART ABT BODYGUARD:
- I haven't watched the movie so didn't really know about the actual cast and such... Thanks a lot for improving the Bodyguard article recently. Regards, Scieberking (talk) 17:09, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks and your welcome!!! :) -- Bollywood Dreamz talk 19:17, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- Hi BOLLYWOOD DREAMZ. Don't you think that the plot is too short for the movie. Would be great if anybody could expand it. Thanks. Scieberking (talk) 04:31, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
- TBH, I have been very busy lately, but I will try expanding it in the next couple of days. Regards -- Bollywood Dreamz talk 19:41, 8 September 2011 (UTC)
HERE IT IS:
- Hi Rahul. How ya doin'? Just a reminder about the Salman image you'd to upload on Commons. Regards, Scieberking (talk) 23:35, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
- one. Sorry for taking so long! Once the image has been reviewed, we can add it to the article. Regards -- Bollywood Dreamz talk 23:48, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks. Now the infobox looks spectacular. The verification by OTRS alone is sufficient for usage, ain't it? Regards, Scieberking (talk) 08:43, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
- Well, it is best to wait until the image is ticketed, but it was done so recently. So it is fine now! -- Bollywood Dreamz talk 20:54, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Rahul. Watermarks at some dangerous areas, but I will get 'em removed and let you know. ;) Scieberking (talk) 11:27, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Ha ha ha ha!!! So much for the neutrality. He even said this; "I'm not even a Bollywood buff or anything". Can you believe this? Its on the Bodyguard talk page. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 17:53, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- I KNOW!!! Oh shit, I even found an other part (I don't remember where) of them bitching about the 240crores gross in InfoBox...He's STILL not one that one :P
- BTW, I've started with In the Media section about SRK, being me, it will require LOADS of copy editing...PLEASE take a look at it :D --Meryam90 (talk) 17:57, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- Just check it out. I think he said something on the Talk:List of highest-grossing Bollywood films. Something that bogus numbers from producers mean nothing; I replied back to that too. The only reason why Scieberking finds the Ra.One article a "semi-official fanzine" is because he wants the 200 cr figure to be put, not the correct 240 cr figure. Btw, BOI updated Hindi worldwide gross at 202 cr, which means all-language gross will certainly have gone higher. No official source, so we'll leave it for now. I'll surely check up on that In the Media section... Btw, what does this section deal with? ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 18:01, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- And PLEASE listen to this:- "240 crore is a bullshit figure, which, as a worldwide figure, is irrelevant here anyway." Check out the language our friend is using. Instead of feeling dejected, i'm feeling like laughing. Is that wrong? ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 18:04, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- LOL I always laugh at they're shit when I see it on some talk page. They're to put it lightly, bitter and messed up :P
The section is like the Preity Zinta, kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji's sections. It speaks about his achievement outside of him, his reputation in Media and his ranking in power lists and stuff :D
Scieberking is getting himself worked up. Its a common thing among the haters; point out their hatred and they get all huffy. Prove their hatred, they blast up on others. How typical. Btw, Meryam you seriously need some copyedit training. The last sentence you wrote makes next to no sense. :P ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 18:15, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- LOL I KNOW...It probably has something to do with me multitasking, I should stop doing that. do check the section, I'm uploading it slowly, btw, How do U feel about this:

In June 2009 he was declared the male Star of The Decade at the tenth International Indian Film Academy Awards, held in Macau. --Meryam90 (talk) 18:19, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- I made several changes to the section. You can give it a look. Regarding this, I'll suggest:-
- "Khan's mannerisms, gestures, dialogue delivery and acting style is often compared to that of actor Dilip Kumar.
