I suggest that a) you stop making edits to the Afghanistan page and b) you read some of the introductory material, like provided before, about wikipedia. Otherwise, you risk being blocked again, for a longer period of time. The fact that you really believe something to be true, especially something contentious and with which other editors disagree, is not sufficient to make the change. The only solution at this point is consensus, which means going to the 'talk' page and making your case, and seeing if you can get agreement. --] (]) 02:43, 27 April 2012 (UTC)

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding or significantly changing content without citing a reliable source, as you did with to South Asian Games, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Misplaced Pages:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article.

South Asian Games

In fact, Afghanistan took part at the South Asian Games. So please don't remove! Thank you.Montell 74 (talk) 10:01, 14 April 2012 (UTC)

April 2012

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from List of conflicts in Asia with this edit. When removing content, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the content has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did to South Asian Games, you may be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages.

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.Montell 74 (talk) 16:21, 16 April 2012 (UTC)

Please contribute to the discussion on the Talk:Afghanistan page, no need to create a new edit request, just state your POV and let other editors share theirs, instead of continuing to make edits all over wikipedia that aren't backed up by major sources. --KarlB (talk) 15:51, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Afghanistan. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Misplaced Pages's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. SMS 12:47, 22 April 2012 (UTC)

Repeating warning. Please do not continue to add this material until consensus has been reached. --KarlB (talk) 13:31, 22 April 2012 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Misplaced Pages, as you did at Afghanistan, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. KarlB (talk) 18:03, 24 April 2012 (UTC)

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Toddst1 (talk) 23:48, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
