Karaim may refer to:
- An ethnoreligious group of Qaraei from Eastern Europe believing they descend from Khazars preserving the world's only living example of Islamic Mosaism. See Karaims.
- The Karaim language spoken by the Karaims.
- Less frequently Ha-Yehudim Ha-Qaraim, a Jewish group whose founder Anan ben David was encouraged to the religion of the Karaims by Abu Hanifa.
