Can you do me the favor of explaining what you're trying to get at by repeatedly changing the usage of "town" and "city" in various articles about towns and cities in Virginia? In most of the cases I've observed, your changes appear to be incorrect based on authoritative references, and I and other editors have been undoing them. But because you continue to do so (''e.g.'', in ]) despite repeated reversions by editors citing references, I have come to believe that you are not engaging in mere vandlaism, but have a point to make. I'd love to understand it. Date Formats
Hi. I noticed you change some date formats from dmy to mdy. As both Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins are British, and the article has been created in UKENG. In accordance with wiki policy, please leave the date formats as is. Thanks. MrMarmite (talk) 01:17, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
- Ditto for Michael Bublé which follows WP:DATERET; review MOS:DATE for the applicable standards. Dl2000 (talk) 22:53, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
René Dahinden
I don't think it's really necessary to include the exact time of death. In any case, I've noticed you've added two different times. What source(s) are you using? Zagalejo^^^ 21:17, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Please be careful with sourcing before changing dates in articles.--♦IanMacM♦ 18:31, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
More on sources and dates
When a source specifies an exact date—as is the case with Aaliyah's date of birth—please don't remove it without explaining the deletion in an edit summary or on the talk page. —C.Fred (talk) 01:23, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
Don't change the date again unless you can provide a source that shows the one we are using is wrong. If you do, you will be blocked from editing.—Kww(talk) 00:50, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Steve Jobs. This contravenes Misplaced Pages's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages. Acps110 23:51, 24 February 2012 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Misplaced Pages, as you did at 2012, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Favonian (talk) 21:35, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
Zebra articles
Please don't zap through articles making systematic name changes like that without first establishing consensus. Other editors have developed those articles in a consistent way over the years. To unilaterally override them is vandalism. --Stfg (talk) 22:04, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is invited to contribute, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Gotye, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. You have been blocked temporarily from editing for contravening Misplaced Pages's biographies of living persons policy. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. We have to use only sources and are forbidden to contradict or state otherwise unless relying on other given sources of high quality. DMacks (talk) 20:39, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
Please use reliable sources
Hello. I see you've made a number of edits to articles involving the Bee Gees and their members. Please remember that content needs to beverifiable. If you know of a reliable source that says Robin Gibb's death was "unexpected", then please cite it. Otherwise, the addition of that word appears to be original research, which I'm sure you know isn't allowed. Rivertorch (talk) 05:36, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
And ditto concerning the word "suddenly". Rivertorch (talk) 22:25, 19 July 2012 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for August 30
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Ken Davitian, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Armenian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Warrenton, Virginia
Hi! I noticed you have been repeatedly changing the designation of the above community from town to city. These are legal descriptions of the community and not a reflection of the community's social or economic status. According to the Warrenton, Virginia website, Warrenton is a town, not a city. Unless you can show a reliable source that says different, any further edits along that line will be considered vandalism. If you feel this is wrong, please start a discussion on the article's talk page. Gtwfan52 (talk) 20:26, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
VA "town" vs. "city"
Can you do me the favor of explaining what you're trying to get at by repeatedly changing the usage of "town" and "city" in various articles about towns and cities in Virginia? In most of the cases I've observed, your changes appear to be incorrect based on authoritative references, and I and other editors have been undoing them. But because you continue to do so (e.g., yesterday in Leesburg, Virginia) despite repeated reversions by editors citing references, I have come to believe that you are not engaging in mere vandlaism, but have a point to make. I'd love to understand it. Thanks! RossPatterson (talk) 14:25, 16 September 2012 (UTC)
