== My apologies... ==

I've recently talked with some local Juggalos, and I need to apologize for attacking you that way. I thought that you were an undercover gang member trying to falsify information. The reason I've been so aggressive is because there's a Juggalos set in my neighborhood that's affiliated with the West Side Crips who have been involved in all sorts of violent crimes, and they're becoming notorious. Some Juggalos who are not members of that set explained that the Juggalo gang has nothing to do with Juggalos themselves, and that the Juggalo gang members are giving the music fan Juggalos a bad reputation.

I was thinking that a new article on Juggalo gangs could be written and ] article renamed to "Juggalo subculture" to differentiate it from gang-related groups using the Juggalo name. I think that there deserves to be an article on Juggalo criminal activity, considering the large amount of sources that have reported on Juggalo gangs, but it should be kept entirely separate from the main Juggalo article so that the subculture doesn't get confused with the gang. I admit that some of the sources from my previous article were unreliable, and I was hoping that if I were to write a newer, unbiased article, you could help me balance it out so that it's not biased against innocent music fans.

Once again, I'm sorry. I thought that Juggalos as a whole were turning into a gang, and that's the direction my article was slanted. I admittedly sensationalized a bit of it to support my erroneous viewpoint. Now I realize that most Juggalos aren't gang members, and once again, while I do feel that an article on the subject is necessary, I don't want to give innocent music listeners a bad reputation. The main Juggalo article (renamed or not) and the article on the Juggalos gang should clearly state that the music subculture is not the same thing as the gang. I also think that we should drop the white supremacist and necrophilia aspects of the article altogether along with the Robida and Syko Sam cases, because those things have nothing to do with gangs. The new article should focus specifically on the organized crime groups that work with Bloods and Crips instead of blurring the line between those people and mentally ill fans who go on a rampage.

I also recently found an online collection of Psychopathic Records newsletters documenting abuse of music fan Juggalos by police and others due to the FBI gang classification, and that could be added to one article or another to emphasize the difference between music fans and violent criminals. I also think that we should rely more heavily upon the National Gang Intelligence Center report, along with a newer police document I discovered, because these articles go into detail on the differences between the gang members and the music fans.

I hope you can accept my apology. If I were to write a new article on the subject, would you be willing to take a look at it and make sure it's not biased against innocent Juggalos?

Reverting Vandalism

What you reverted wasn't vandalism. Misplaced Pages has a definition of what that is, and , although not a hard and fast rule, if something doesn't match that rule, it's usually not vandalism. My apologies...

I was thinking that a new article on Juggalo gangs could be written and Juggalo article renamed to "Juggalo subculture" to differentiate it from gang-related groups using the Juggalo name.
