I've read the arguments in the archives, where the issue was raised six seperate times; the fact remains that people don't usually look for links in an infobox. The same applies to navigation boxes at the bottom. A link in an infobox does not exclude a link in the main text, nor do you need an episodes section for that. To quote the guidelines:

WP:MOS
  • "The goal is to make the encyclopedia easier and more intuitive to use."
  • "High-value links that are worth pursuing should stand out clearly."
WP:MOSLINK
  • "Generally, a link should appear only once in an article, but links may be repeated in infoboxes, tables, image captions, footnotes, and at the first occurrence after the lead." (WP:REPEATLINK).

If you can't find a suitable place for the link there's always the See also section. If people worry about GA status, it may be useful to point out that the See Also section is not mentioned in the GA criteria. Ssscienccce (talk) 23:15, 14 January 2013 (UTC)

(Nowadays) Roughly $2M To Produce An Episode

I thought this was kind of interesting to hear. Not yet mentioned in the article. However, I'm not sure if Howard TV#Howard Stern On Demand (April 27, 2009) is a usable source. --82.170.113.123 (talk) 19:29, 18 January 2013 (UTC)

Linking to the Youtube video is a copyright violation, see WP:YT. However, I don't see why you can't link the Howard Stern program as your source. I'm not sure the cite template, I can't find it, I'll ask for help on locating it. CTF83! 11:30, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
Looks like Template:Cite episode works. CTF83! 11:42, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
Alright, thanks. How is this, especially the quote that includes remarks from both Stern and MacFarlane. According to MacFarlane, nowadays, it costs about $2 million to make an episode of Family Guy. --82.170.113.123 (talk) 13:45, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
Added a {{edit semi-protected}} tag. Please add the sentence and reference to the article. Feel free to modify/improve either of them if necessary. --82.170.113.123 (talk) 16:31, 19 January 2013 (UTC)

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate.
Done I went ahead and added it to the production section. I did change "nowadays" to "2009", when he made the statement. CTF83! 05:32, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
