Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you.<!-- Template:Summary --> --] ] ] 10:34, 12 June 2013 (UTC) | Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. VGPHD, you are invited to the Teahouse
Hi VGPHD! Thanks for contributing to Misplaced Pages. |
Injured reserve
There is no injured reserve in baseball so please stop adding that to baseball player pages.--Yankees10 17:33, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- There is no disabled list in the NFL either. You are mixing the two up. Injured reserve is the NFL and disabled list is MLB.--Yankees10 22:27, 22 May 2013 (UTC)

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to David Ortiz may have broken the syntax by modifying 4 ""s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Dates
Please don't change date spans such as 2000-10 to eight digit formats. They are correct as six-digit formats.--Epeefleche (talk) 19:02, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
FB bios
We appreciate your contributions however, the number of years a football player played for a team isn't necessary in the section title. It is typically well documented throughout the article. -- The Writer 2.0 00:41, 5 June 2013 (UTC)

Edit summaries
Hi there. When editing an article on Misplaced Pages there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you. --220 of 10:34, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
