As someone who can speak Russian, and English, you might be one of the better people around to try to translate some of the content from Russian sources into English, maybe at WikiSource. Also, honestly, I think that a lot of the other public domain reference sources available at archive.org and commons and elsewhere have some really lengthy, significant articles in them which don't yet necessarily have articles in any of the wikipedias. on commons even shows some Russian language sources there. If you would ever want to try to do some preparation for material for WikiSource, with the intention of using that material to improve or create similar articles here, I think it would be a good idea, and would be more than willing to maybe try to find other, more recent sources, on the topics that might not be available to you to ensure that the content of any articles created on that basis are more or less current, based on any sources I might have available to me that might not be available to you. ] (]) 18:48, 2 September 2013 (UTC) As someone who can speak Russian, and English, you might be one of the better people around to try to translate some of the content from Russian sources into English, maybe at WikiSource. :Thank you! This is certainly a good suggestion. However, I am now interested only in a very narrow set of specific subjects. Yes, some of them have articles only in Russian wikipedia or appear in other Russian language resources like Wikilivres, but I usually either know these sources or know how to find them... ] (]) 19:16, 2 September 2013 (UTC)
