ATTENTION SCUM.
You are the lowest form of life on Earth. You are not even human fucking beings. You are nothing but unorganized grab-asstic pieces of amphibian shit! Because I am hard, you will not like me. But the more you hate me, the more you will learn. I am hard but I am fair. Here you are all equally worthless.

Lightnin'

Hey Lugnuts, I found something you should see. Concerning Lightnin', the article you created way back when, I stumbled upon this "new" article, Lightnin' (play), which is just about the play. I already knew about your article, since I've edited it myself. Your article is about the 1925 film, where this "new" article pre-dates that by seven years, as it's about the 1918 play. So, should the "new" article be merged into yours, or does your article move to Lightnin' (film), and/or does it became a disambiguation page instead? What should be done? Would appreciate a response. Thanks! Best, --Discographer (talk) 03:57, 2 January 2014 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Winx Club 3D: Magical Adventure shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Bailmoney27 17:47, 2 January 2014 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 7

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited BAFTA Rising Star Award, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page George MacKay (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Updated DYK queryOn 9 January 2014, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Indian cricket team in South Africa in 2013–14, which you created or substantially expanded. The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Indian cricket team in South Africa in 2013–14. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. In the fog additions

Please, stop revert my additions. The film itself and 3rd's Reich's symbols are the sources.Your undoings just say that you haven't watched the film.P.S.If you have a personal aversion to this state or its symbols, just remember,it isn't for the bare facts. Thanks for understanding.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Dalakop (talkcontribs)

Please read WP:RS to learn what it means "to add reliable sources". Thank you.--Ymblanter (talk) 14:07, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
-Ymblanter, watch the film, look the official photos and watch the German documentaries of that time, then just compare. It's obvious. Don't you start to demand proofs for the axioms of geometry? What's wrong with my addition? "Writing for The Guardian, Peter Bradshaw said it was "an intense, slow-burning and haunting drama". This phrase is also trivia for me.Can I revert it until the discussion ends?--Dalakop (talk) 21:48, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
Only if your goal is to get blocked. Otherwise, please, read WP:RS and try to understand the difference between sourced and unsourced material.--Ymblanter (talk) 21:51, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
Ymblanter, please, stop striving to save the status quo of the information in the article and to protect the position of Lugnuts (and, probably, yours). This looks really strange, that a phrase of who-knows-who has a great importance, but a historical mistake is a trivia. It's obvious, you hadn't made any attempt to solve the question. I've given a link to the subsection Nazi Germany and World War II (1933-45) of the article about the Third Reich's flag. The next is mentioned there: the flags for use on sea had a through and through image, so the "left-facing" and "right-facing" version were each present on one side while the national flag was right-facing on both sides. Hence, a sea flag couldn't be used in Belarus, only the "right-facing" flags could be used here. If even this information isn't enough, I can give you a link to the law about this flag (in German). Suppose, it's enough to disperse your stubbornness to accept obvious things now.--Dalakop (talk) 15:23, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
Please stay off my talkpage, Dalakop. Thanks. Lugnuts 18:58, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
With great pleasure...but only after the question will be solved. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dalakop (talkcontribs) 07:34, 16 January 2014 (UTC)
No. No ifs, no buts. Do not post here again. Thanks. Lugnuts 07:56, 16 January 2014 (UTC)

Lugnuts, personal attacks like that combined with edit-warring on BMK's talkpage won't usually end well. Dmy dates

Is there a rule on when to use {{Use dmy dates}}? I could easily add it to the AWB settings in my run. Severo (talk) 20:16, 16 January 2014 (UTC)

Is it okay to add the template and not check for compliance at the same time? I don't wish to add more things to manually check in my run (although adding it and not checking wouldn't be a problem). Severo (talk) 18:13, 17 January 2014 (UTC)

So I the one listed on here you added you have as the Oscar winner with the data of a different person. (Maybe add a page for the other guy and correct the data I guess?) Well good luck Wgolf (talk) 22:47, 16 January 2014 (UTC)

After looking it over-2 Oscar winners in sound were named Theodore Soderberg.

Which explains why there is a odd start of career on the guys page. Only one of the pages is up it seems. https://en.wikipedia.org/Theodore_Soderberg which is the 2nd guy who died recently, while the older one does not have a page. So feel free to make a page for the other guy as well to make this easier. Wgolf (talk) 16:54, 21 January 2014 (UTC)

Invitation

Hi. I am conducting a survey of most active Wikipedians, regarding reasons they may reduce their activity. I would be very interested in having you participate in it. Would you be interested? (If you reply to me here, please WP:ECHO me). Thank you for your consideration, --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 00:08, 23 January 2014 (UTC)

Probably being spammed with pointless surveys would be one reason. Lugnuts 14:59, 23 January 2014 (UTC)
I'd care to dispute this survey being pointless. Why would you assume bad faith and demean my work like that? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 12:08, 25 January 2014 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of George Holt (actor)

The article George Holt (actor) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unsourced = hearsay.

While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. List of Pakistan women Twenty20 International cricketers

Well I have stared some articles on some Oscar nominated cinematographers

So how do these look: Barney McGill, Joseph T. Rucker and Willard Van der Veer. Figured I show you since you do some great edits. The last 2 there did other stuff outside of films it seems as well. (Trying to get info on any early Oscar nominated person which is tough)

WP Olympics returning to the Signpost

The WikiProject Report would like to focus on WikiProject Olympics for a Signpost article in celebration of the 2014 Winter Olympics. This is an excellent opportunity to draw attention to your efforts and attract new members to the project. Would you be willing to participate in an interview? If so, here are the questions for the interview. Just add your response below each question and feel free to skip any questions that you don't feel comfortable answering. Multiple editors will have an opportunity to respond to the interview questions, so be sure to sign your answers. If you know anyone else who would like to participate in the interview, please share this with them. Have a great day. –Mabeenot (talk) 16:09, 25 January 2014 (UTC)

And my Oscar nominees quest continues

Yep-I also added one for the film Broadway Hostess along with Oscar nominees Cullen Tate and Sid Brod. Yes I am usually on this site but Oscar season usually gets my blood pumping to add more. My goal is to get all the early years in at least soon. You can get some of the other Oscar editors if you want. I just did a revamp on Joseph A. Valentine's page after I noticed there was surprisingly little for a Oscar winning cinematographer. Well have a great day. Wgolf (talk) 19:26, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
