In case you have a NPoV reference on the medical condition, please add it. Otherwise the statement about medical condition cannot be put in an encyclopaedia as it is just a statement of defence, and this is not the adequate place for it. Similarly, no charges against Roy and other directors have been added on the page, because a neutral reference is missing. Only thing added is that he and 2 other directors are in judicial custody, which is merely a fact and does not take any position.

Controversy contains everything about the trial. The lede only mention the controversy as ledes are supposed to do. I warned you about removing material.
