- Misplaced Pages:Central discussions/Apartheid and Misplaced Pages Talk:Central discussions/Apartheid is the site of various polls on reorganizing, renaming and/or merging Israeli apartheid, Apartheid outside of South Africa, Global apartheid, Gender apartheid, Sexual apartheid and Apartheid. 02:32, 29 June 2006 (UTC) (An anon did some confusing moves here, and I'm untangling them. Check both pages listed. Thanks.)--John Nagle 04:33, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:Democratic Underground - Dispute over inclusion of an external link to the main article. It has been reverted a number of times, and keeps being removed by IP posters. Much vitriol and personal stuff in the talk page. I don't think this can get resolved without external help 06:04, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:Ron Dellums - some possibly POV language has been inserted into the article; two editors who have been at odds for a while could use some extra unbiased eyes. 00:14, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:Nagorno-Karabakh - There has been a lot of trouble in coming to consensus over how the introduction should be worded. I think some fresh points of view will hopefully help resolve this. This dispute continies for a long time, so I decided to restart this RfC, as it still has not been resolved. 06:25, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:Rotary_International Accusation of pro-Rotarian attempts to subvert neutrality of page. Basically an edit-war. 23:05, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
- For months a small group of people is trying to include the war in Iraq as part of the War on Terror. Despite numerous editors telling them that using such a phrase is a statement of fact and a violation of NPOV which says that we should not be advocating one side of a debate. Therefore I started a proper RFC (Talk:Iraq_War#Starting_a_proper_RFC_that_mentions_all_views) to ask people to look at the situation, review the previous discussions and leave a comment as to what they think about the invasion of Iraq(]).08:08, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:The Oregonian - discussion about whether to include criticisms of the paper by a political action group. Also in the Media section but I'm relisting it because we really need some outside opinions on this one other than the four people engaged in argument. 04:48, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:Culture of corruption is unlikely to make anyone particularly happy, but needs a lot more sets of eyes to turn it into the quality of article that I envisioned when I started it. Talk page comments hint as to how it became something of a jumble. 23:01, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:Democracy (disambiguation)#Weeding the links has a current debate over articles to link to for disambiguation purposes. It seemed to be a fairly straightforward disambiguation style problem that a top-level page like "Democracy" shouldn't be deep linking to a number of individual articles on the political history of a specific country (i.e. Second Party System). One editor disagrees, however, and seemingly on more than just disambiguation grounds, so more views are requested. - 22:41, 19 June 2006 (UTC)

- Talk:Barack Obama#Gas tax, estate tax - dispute over whether the blurbs about Obama's positions on the estate tax and a gas tax are NPOV. - 17:46, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk:Apartheid outside of South Africa - is it appropriate to cut and paste an entire article, Israeli apartheid, into Apartheid outside of South Africa rather than having a link to the Israeli aprtheid article? There was a discussion on merging but there is no consensus to do so, yet some editors have carried out the cut and paste job regardless. 13:37, 9 June 2006 (UTC)

- Talk:Mahmoud Ahmadinejad - Should the controversy surrounding Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's anti-Semitic statements be omitted entirely from the article on this person? Some editors are pressing for the removal of this subject en toto to Controversies surrounding Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. However, selective removal of the anti-Semitism controversy alone, while other controversies are discussed in the article, would seem to skew the POV of the article. --Mantanmoreland 14:44, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

Others fill the page with large blocks of text listing alleged fascistic currents seen in the Bush Administration. A few editors try to find a middle ground, but we have all failed to still the passion of the editors at the polar ends of the dispute. We are either stupid censors of creeping fascism in the U.S. or stupid traitors who hate America. Help!11:56, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
