- Inuyasha was added on November 4, 2012, during Daylight Savings hour.
- Due to the expiration of its airing rights, ThunderCats was removed from the lineup starting this week, and was replaced with Sword Art Online. Also, Sym-Bionic Titan was temporarily removed from the lineup, with The Big O replacing its timeslot.
- Starting August 17, 2013, Eureka Seven was replaced by Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
- Kick-Heart was a 15-minute episode broadcast on Adult Swim Toonami on August 31, 2013, following the Evangelion movie.
- IGPX presented its finale on October 19, 2013, where it aired two episodes.
