Speedy deletion nomination of Template:Country data Lugansk People's Republic

A tag has been placed on Template:Country data Lugansk People's Republic requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is an unused duplicate of another template, or a hard-coded instance of another template. Your recent editing history at List of states with limited recognition shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

See WP:AN3#User:Soffredo reported by User:Chipmunkdavis (Result: ). If these assertions are correct you've been trying to force your edits in against consensus for a long time, and in a variety of places. When blocks are issued at this noticeboard, they are usually in proportion to how long the problem has been going on. In your case, a block of at least a month would seem appropriate. There is no need for a link to international recognition on Template:2014 pro-Russian conflict in Ukraine - the link only led to a redirect to Federal State of Novorossiya, which is already on the template. Filling the template with links to the same place only discourages users from trying the links.--Toddy1 (talk) 09:37, 20 July 2014 (UTC)
