According to Rogue, Dead Guy Ale is "Gratefully dedicated to the Rogue in each of us." This allusion to the ] is apparently pure coincidence, as the Ale was created as a private tap sticker for ] in ] to celebrate the ], November 1st (]). The design was so popular that it was adopted as the label for the potent ] developed a few years later, which retains the name. | |||
Dead Guy Ale is brewed in the German style, using ]' proprietary 'PacMan ale yeast. It is deep honey in color, and has a markedly malty aroma, as well as a hefty content of alcohol. | |||
