Welcome to Misplaced Pages. The recent edit you made to Jaipur has been reverted, as it appears to have removed content from the page without explanation. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Orphaned non-free media (File:Jaipur Metro.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Jaipur Metro.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:09, 12 December 2012 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Jyoti Khandelwal

Hello, Adroit09. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Jyoti Khandelwal, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Jyoti Khandelwal to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, Wgolf (talk) 17:17, 8 February 2014 (UTC)

Khandelwal

Hi, I've got the feeling that you might be closely associated with the Khandelwal community, given your recent contribution history. You might want to take a read of WP:COI and you certainly need to read WP:MERGE and WP:RS. Blogspot-hosted material, for example, is never going to meet our standards for Indian community-related articles. - Sitush (talk) 20:06, 26 February 2014 (UTC)

I have responded on your talk page. --Adroit09 (talk) 17:21, 27 February 2014 (UTC)

Well, you should not have done. Instead of accusing me of bad faith, as you did there, I think that you should review the links that I provided above, take a look also at WP:BRD & take a proper look at my talk page before you jump to conclusions. - Sitush (talk) 17:28, 27 February 2014 (UTC)

3RR

Revert me again at Khandelwal etc and you'll find yourself blocked per WP:3RR. It is evident from your most recent edit summary that you are familiar with that policy. - Sitush (talk) 17:31, 27 February 2014 (UTC)

Gotras yet again

We do not use caste-affiliated websites because they are not authoritative. We do not use sections of People of India where the content has clearly been plagiarised from Raj sources. - Sitush (talk) 18:47, 25 October 2014 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at List of Khandelwal Gotras shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
